Validity: The KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is valid for a period of 365 days from the day of issue and allows access to the KTM Motohall during opening hours.
Transferability and exchange: The KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is bound to a specific person and is not transferable. A return or exchange is excluded.
Loss: In case of loss of the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD, it is possible to report this. Upon proof of identity, it will be blocked and a replacement card will be issued once.
Forgetting: We thank you for your understanding that free admission to the KTM Motohall is only possible with a valid KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD.
Controls: Staff at the Welcome Desk are authorized to ask the holder of the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD to present a photo ID.
Misuse: Any misuse of the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD, including passing it on to third parties, will result in the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD being confiscated without replacement. The card must be stored in such a way that third parties have no access to it.
Data protection: By purchasing the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD, the cardholder agrees to a personal registration of personal data and a photographic recording for control purposes and accepts the data protection declaration of KTM Motohall GmbH. The data will only be stored as long as necessary and will be automatically deleted after a maximum of 3 years. Irrespective of this, the cardholder may revoke this consent at any time and without cause in writing to KTM Motohall GmbH, Data Protection Department, KTM Platz 1, 5230 Mattighofen, Austria or by sending an e-mail to privacy@ktm.com.
House rules: By purchasing the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD, the cardholder accepts the applicable house rules and the GTCs.
