KTM Motohall is to host four outstanding Tech Talks in the living workshop. Our mechanics will detail all technical aspects of motorcycling using the KTM 1290 SUPER DUKE R as an example: From the basic settings of a motorcycle; to functional topics regarding the engine, brakes, and transmission; to riding safety and the correct apparel when riding a motorcycle.
As well as giving you the do’s and dont’s for daily use of your motorcycle, our mechanics can also answer every question on the subject of KTM motorcycles – no matter how specific – and are there to support our Tech Talk attendees with tips & tricks for their next ride. The events are by no means intended as lectures. Instead, participating motorcyclists (and those who would like to become one) have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share their experiences with each other.
But remember: Classic repair and service work should still be carried out by a dealer or at a trusted workshop.
In addition to the Tech Talks on October 12, 2022 and October 20, 2022 on Motorcycle Technology, there is also a Tech Talk on November 9, 2022 about Restoring Classic Motorcycles. The final highlight will take place on December 1, 2022: the MotoGP™ Special Tech Talk with Head of MotoGP Chassis Development at KTM Wolfgang Felber, Head of Engine Design at Motorsports KTM, Kurt Trieb, and KTM Mechanic Manfred Schickbauer.
