Validity: the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is valid for 365 days from the issue date and entitles the holder to KTM Motohall entry during opening hours.
Transferability and exchange: the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is personally assigned to the holder and is non-transferable. The card cannot be exchanged or returned.
Loss: if the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is lost, please report this to the KTM Motohall. Upon proof of identity, the card will be blocked and a one-off replacement will be issued.
Forgotten: kindly understand that entry to the KTM Motohall is only possible with a valid KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD or a day ticket.
Checks: staff on our Welcome Desk are authorized to ask KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD holders to present a form of photo ID.
Misuse: if the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD is misused, for example by allowing a third party to use it, this will result in the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD being canceled without replacement.
Therefore, please keep it safe to ensure it is inaccessible to third parties.
Data protection: With the purchase of the KTM Motohall ORANGE CARD, the cardholder agrees to a personal registration of personal data and a photographic recording for control purposes and accepts the privacy policy of KTM Motohall GmbH.
